It is the policy of Sipi Metals Corp. (referred to as "the Company") to recruit and employ the best qualified personnel, to provide equal opportunities for the advancement of employees including upgrading, promotion, and training, and to administer these activities in a manner which will not discriminate against any person because of race, age, color, national origin, sex, religion or status as an individual with a disability, a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era. In furtherance of this policy we reaffirm the following objectives. 1. We will recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job titles without regard to race, age, national origin, sex, religion, or status as an individual with a disability, a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era, except in those instances in which sex or age is a bona fide occupational qualification. 2. We will ensure that all personnel actions are administered without regard to disability, ensuring that all employment decisions are based only on valid job requirements. We shall ensure that promotion decisions accord with these principles by imposing only valid requirements for promotions. 3. All personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, recall from layoffs, and social and recreational programs will be administered without regard to race, age, color, national origin, sex, religion or status as an individual with a disability, a disabled veteran or a veteran of the Vietnam era; except in those instances in which sex or age is a bona fide occupational qualification. 4. No employee or applicant shall be subject to harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion or discrimination because of the exercise of any right protected under the federal, state or local laws relating to veterans or disabled persons. Such protected activity includes filing a complaint, assisting or participating in an investigation, compliance review, hearing, or any other activity related to the administration of such laws, and opposing any act or practice made unlawful by such laws or regulations implementing them. An audit and reporting system has been established to ensure progress towards equal opportunity goals and the Company has appointed as Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator (referred to as "the EEO Coordinator") George T. Phillips. He has been assigned overall responsibility to effectuate this policy at the Company and to administer the Company's Affirmative Action Plan. As the president, I urge and expect all employees to extend their full support to the Company's policy of equal opportunity. Marion Cameron President
